Our Solution
Our affiliates have patented a green process to produce fatty acids/esters by the enzymatic hydrolysis of oil. This demonstrated technology, is a multi-product platform that converts fats and oils to fatty acids, acyl glycerols, sugar esters and aromatic esters using a specially modified, patent-protected biological catalyst, lipase.

This technology produces a host of fatty acids and esters without unwanted by-products or products from polymerisation. Suitable modification of the bio-catalyst, lipase, has helped reduce overall OPEX of oil hydrolysis by allowing for specificity and re-use.
